Analysis of Three Interfaces Web Site When Making Reservation

. Malaysia Airlines website is easy to understand the flow of its reservation where
you can see from the table it takes less time ( 166 seconds) where first trial of
Air Asia (247 seconds) and Expedia ( 191 seconds). In terms of efficiency
Mas Airlines takes 9 pages for first trial and Air Asia 12 pages and
Expedia 4 pages( I didn't choose Expedia as i considered the timing).

.The reservation of Mas Airlines work fine as all selection is ready to pull
down and user easily can followed the next step (In the right section call 'Tempah Penerbangan').Even when you select item 'Tempah' user will easily achieved their objective and go to necessary info without lost. Where for the Air Asia, when click item 'Tempah', you will see many selection items and the result you will lost. This i would like consider fail to work.

. I'm very confused with Air Asia for selecting reservation, as first trial you
will lost when select tempah. At the left corner you will see 'penerbangan'
instead of 'tempah penerbangan' which is clearly defined as it competitor MAS.
Where Expedia, for departure and destination you need to type.I'm
frustrated that it such as waste of time if you mistake in spelling
then the reservation would failed due to this typo error, although it takes less
pages to browse.

. I'm very enjoyed with Air Asia website as many info is being published
and graphical is eye popping.

. I'm suggest that all Airlines website,minimise their menu and replace
with icon,maybe for reservation with put one identical icon.Here people
will more understand and very fast to explore. It is important for people
especially novice group to achieve their purpose.
